Chain is beautiful.. Has nice weight to it as well. Issue for me was I wanted the traditional lock box which was shown on the listing, and instead I received a sleek box with CZs or Rhinestones.. Which one stone was missing. Shipping took longer than I expected, customer service was good for the most part. I wanted to get the correct replacement but it seems that process is also taking sometime. Recommend you reach out and make sure the correct chain gets shipped.. But, again, quality of chain is on point.
