We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
- All accessories and inserts must be included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
- Exchange shipping fees may apply

Every eligible piece from The Next Level is backed by our lifetime warranty.
If your jewelry fades, breaks, or shows a manufacturing defect under normal wear, we’ll make it right. Just contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
