Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
You may exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value.
If exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference will be invoiced before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
